The Social Beauty Co. Journal publishes practical guides on beauty routines, treatments and the questions worth asking before you book.
What we publish
Guides on lashes, body care, makeup, tanning, weddings, salons and selected treatments. Each guide answers a specific question, explains the mechanism behind the answer and says where the evidence is thin.
How we write
We start from the question a reader would ask before a booking or a purchase, then check the claims against medical and scientific sources where they exist. We name the limits of a claim rather than hiding them. Where a treatment carries a health risk, the guide says who should check with a doctor first.
What we do not do
The journal does not sell treatments, products or appointments, and it does not accept payment for a recommendation. The guides name the tools and products only where a comparison needs an example.
